I ordered on February 21st, and still have not received what was supposed to ship in 2-3 days. Now it says it has shipped, but tracking page will not load.

When I emailed the customer service department after 10 days and it still had not shipped, they said they were backed up and asked me to be patient.

As a company, it you fail to honor the agreement you made with the customer at the time of purchase, you, at the least, owe them an email advising of a delay. Shipped or not, I am canceling my order today.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. This person stated that there is a room for improvement of that i still dont have my order. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss order processing issue of bathing suit. Modlily needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
