Mon-Fri. In order to refund or exchange (I'm not sure you can) you have to submit a request for a ticket. If they approve your request then they will send you an email with further details. I did not receive part of my order and don't know if I will.
I am beginning to believe this company is a rip-off and I will be stuck with clothes I cannot wear to the tune to $157.00.
They only accept PayPal. I found them Amazon and I will be requesting Amazon to take a look at them for the way they do business.
