I cannot log into my account, I have requested 3 times to reset my password. I have not received any emails except the ones trying to get me to buy more, why would I buy more if I haven"t received my other order?
I'm trying to see if and when my order will be shipped and arrival. My order was place well over a month ago, they have their money, I have not received my order yet. I wanted this before my vacation but it does not look like that is going to happen.
Has anyone else had this or a similar experience with this company?I will Not purchase from this company again. Please give customers a better way to contact you.

I didn't like: Customer service order processing delivery, Bad cs, Order not processed, Fact they are rip off merchants and clearly get away with it.
