After waiting several weeks to receive two tops, I was disappointed to find them very small (tight) in the sleeves and made of a rather thick fabric. I tried to follow the directions to return them, was able to submit and receive a "ticket" for one and was given a ticket ID number and promise that they would reply "in one business day".
No one contacted me and it has been a week. I have tried repeatedly to follow the return steps but usually the site goes blank in the middle of the effort.
Frustrating!! I also found it a bit odd that part of the return process was to take a selfie as "proof" that the items did not fit.
