Ordered a dress from them. Waited a month for delivery and then the tracking indicated the address used was incorrect and that I have moved and left no forwarding address.
Not true, I was waiting for the package eagerly. How could they have used an incorrect address when they had to have the correct address to charge my credit card? Then dealing with customer service, it took several email interactions to finally get them to agree to a refund -- almost 2 weeks. Unless you have unlimited time and patience, don't deal with this company.
Totally incompetent and lousy customer service. Don't bother using them as it will only frustrate you and eat up your precious time to solve problems they create.
Crappy Chinese company. Stay away.
