I ordered a shirt from Modlily. When I put my information in to pay, the screen said insufficient funds ordered canceled.
However, I had plenty of funds to cover the cost of the item. I reviewed my bank account and the money was deducted. However, I received an email that says no payment, not shipped. I have tried to file a complaint, however, their screen will not allow for me to do so.
I have called and left a message. I have a tracking order #. I check it on line. It says the same thing one time.
Second time it says queries too fast.
Another it says no customer information. I have been taken!
