I have been trying to return this very blouse to MODLILY for 2 days. The site is still processing (29 hours and counting of that spinning wheel!) my request to get a return number for this $29.00 blouse.

If you submit a partial refund they reply to your request immediately. I want a full refund and want to return this top as the fabric/lace does not even connect. There is a full piece missing , right in the front! They keep requesting a 'ticket' , which I keep submitting and they reply with a blanket reply which does not solve the issue.

They will not issue a refund or a return address until you get an approval of your 'refund application' and a refund number, which cannot happen until it finishes processing. And so....

I am contacting PayPal to see what they can do. Beware, I will NEVER purchase from this site again.

Reason of review: Return, Exchange or Cancellation Policy.

Monetary Loss: $29.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Poor quality and deceptive sizing, No customer service number, Refunds difficult to nonexistent, Poor info on delivery times.
