I ordered three things from this company. 2/3 were fine, one dress had a broken zipper.

I was told they would refund me 20% and I can keep the damaged dress. When I sent them a copy of their own return policy (which said they will refund 60% on damaged goods), they said only after I mailed it back (at my expense). Then they said they would 'award' me 15%. When I pressed, they went back to 20%.

The dress is only $20, but I would never order from them again and would discourage others from as well.

I will do my best to try to get their ads off my facebook page.
