I placed my order and received it 18 days later.Items did not fit so I sent an e-mail for a ticket to return items.
I followed information to return order just like I was told to do. I sent order back on July 8,2017 but as of November 25,2017 I have not received a refund or heard nothing about my order. I have tried to contact company about this many times but get no response from e-mails. I would not recommend anyone ordering from this so called company.
All their advertisements so easy returns and or refunds but this is not true at all.
Lesson learned pay a little more and get what you ordered and a reputable company that will stand behind their policy.MODLILY IS NOT A SO CALLED COMPANY YOU WOULD WANT TO ORDER FROM.
