I placed my order and received it 18 days later. Items did not fit so I sent an e-mail for a ticket to return items.

I followed information to return order just like I was told to do. I sent order back on July 8,2017 but as of November 25,2017 I have not received a refund or heard nothing about my order. I have tried to contact company about this many times but get no response from e-mails. I would not recommend anyone ordering from this so called company.

All their advertisements so easy returns and or refunds but this is not true at all.

Lesson learned pay a little more and get what you ordered and a reputable company that will stand behind their policy. MODLILY IS NOT A SO CALLED COMPANY YOU WOULD WANT TO ORDER FROM.

I didn't like: You cannot return their low quality items, I feel scammed, Way they handled my complaint.

Did you return ship the parcel with any kind of insurance or signature control ?

Now you're way past any possibility of recovery and you have no proof of shipment.

That's one of your punishments for online ordering cheap junk from foreigners.
