I CANT BELIEVE I LET THIS HAPPEN.ITS FRAUD, ITS A SCAM THERE ARE HUNDRED'S OF REVIEWS EVERYWHERE THAT YOU CAN NOT CONTACT THIS COMPANY TO RETURN, AND IN FACT YOU CAN NOT..THE INVOICE COMES IN ALL CHINESE WITH NO ORDER NUMBER, AND A NON REACHABLE PHONE NUMBER.

I PAID $248.00 AND MY INVOICE SAID MY CLOTHES WERE ONLY $65.00 I HAVE SEEN MODLILY ON FB SO I ASSUMED IT WAS SAFE.

IF I REPORT A REVIEW ON FB THEY TAKE IT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.I JUST HAVE TO CHALK THIS OFF AS A TOTAL LOSS AND DONATE THE *** THEY SENT ME!

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $275.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Can not return.

Same thing happened to me.I finally called PayPal and they contacted the company.

When I did receive an email from them (they WOULD NOT CALL ME) they informed me that they would only pay me 60% of what I paid for the clothes when I returned them and that it would cost me more to ship it to them in China than it cost me for the clothing. They keep changing their company name from LULU Gal to LILIGal and now I see it ModLily. DON'T BE FOOLED, THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY!!

The US has rules and regulations - China does not.Don't order from China
