Modlily - Non-stop emails

Since yesterday, I have been bombarded with emails from this awful company asking me to rate their service. None of the links in these emails work, especially the “unsubscribe” link. The company is in Shanghai, China, so no telling what’s going on. Anyone else getting bombarded? Aarrrggghhh!!

Modlily - Messed up bathing suit after washing.

I bought a tankini swimsuit. After washing it the padding in the bra bunched up and the bottom part of the suit has big gathers in it like it was stitched wrong. I need to contact them but i am not sure where to go. I am most unhappy

Modlily - SMALL sides are not USA sizes trying to exchange

Communication has reached a standstill. She wants the shirts but we need to exchange for a much larger size. The have stopped talking to me. Guess i need to go go the better business bureau and FTC. If you wear a large order a xxxl or they will not fix. Chinese made and chinese sized. They do not give a flying *** in space about customer service or satisfaction. Wtf
