Hi, I am 86 years old and need to return an item. I need help.
Tried to but it doesn't allow me to write what they are saying to do. This sweater is to large and I would like a refund on my credit card.

Keep your word. I should receive a credit to my PayPal account, not a credit for more merchandise from you.

I want to make a return and I've got no response from this company at all.
I ordered four bathing suits only three showed up, one was too small, two just didn't fit right and I requested a return address and or label and I have been ignored for about a week now I'm having these removed from my card. I would love to return these supposed to be free returns I've yet to see a shipping label come to my house for the packages of your bathing suits.
I'm being more than reasonable I will have these charges removed from my account and do what you have to do with the product I'll give it to the products to social services or community services that are teaching people to swim. you don't want to help me well you're the one who's going to be lucked out because it's not going to be me

I ordered three tops which was a first time order so was suppose get them at a cheaper price and I was billed on my credit card at full price. I have received the product but not received a reply back from Modlily about crediting back the difference on my credit card.
Order Number MM240806****024945 was my first order for Modlily. I ordered three tops and was suppose to get them for a cheaper price.
I have been billed on my visa account for $147.27 which I feel is full price. Please look into this for me and credit my visa account for the difference.

I was having some problems accessing the program, as to how to return an item that didn't fit (my mistake, not theirs). However, once I was able to get in, I received an immediate response! They even walked me through it to make sure that I did it right!!
I am very unsatisfied with this company
They give you 30 days to return an item from the day they send it out then it takes two or more weeks for it to arrive. This is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.
When you try to return they say your 30 windows for return has expired. They will not return your money.
I would NEVER recommend this company and I will never purchase from them again. Bad way to do business.

Australian customers beware! Had to return items that didn't fit to Modlily.
Cost $67 AUD, then found they deduct the postage cost of well over$100AUD from the cost of the refund.
I have yet to receive the refund. So far, this has cost around $200 AUD just to try on their clothes - not worth it!

I tried to place an order earlier and I am not sure my order went through. It denied at first and then I called my credit card company and they overrode whatever so would go through and then ran through again and it said no item in my cart. Please help

I ordered 2 bathing suits on July 6th, order no: M240706****402488 and I am still waiting! The tracking information says it is in NJ, where I live; however, it has been there for a week.
The summer is almost over! Please find my order or process a refund of $68.71.
