It has been over a month and i still have not received my gray nd yellostriped top. I
it would be nice to receive my grat and yellow striped top.it was ordered on nov.25th. its paid for but where is the top i also sent an e-mail note yesterday with no response.
how can i get my top ??? It certainly would be nice to speak with a customer service represenative!!! you have my e-mail address..

My money was taken the day after I placed the order out of my account. 19 days later, I still dont have my order and cannot get a straight answer out of customer service.
I am unable to track my order as it just acts like its not there and I even have an order number. my next step is since they are flooding my text, Facebook feed and email.
I am going to start responding with some pretty strong words. I want to order some more stuff and thank God I didnt.

The 2 outfits were cheap looking and ugly. Definitely doesnt look like pic so I am sending them back to where they came from tomorrow in New Jersey expecting refund or I will contact better business bureau

I returned an item for exchange and am unable to contact them. They do not respond to my emails and have never credited me or sent my exchange item.
Very poor customer service! There is no phone number to reach them at.
You can only go through the chat service.
There should always be a phone number to reach any company that we do business with. They accept your payment but you have great difficulty trying to get a refund if you have an exchange for an item!

Haven't received my order that was shipped on December 7 when will I get it? Love the style as per online picture but can't judge quality til I receive them. Takes way too long

I have chatted three times with your representatives and have not received my refund from a purchase I made on August 7, 2024. I returned the entire order about one week later because I was unhappy with the quality of the items.
I have been told three times now that I will receive my refund as a credit put back on my card, in the amount of $105.67. I believe I have given your company plenty of time to resolve this issue.

LOVE the clothes, quality, sizing and style. HATE the constant emails and notifications. They must be turned off or I'm gone

October 20, 2024 I was charged for merchandise I received from Modlily. I purchased a Denim Blue Patchwork Long Sleeve Lapel Coat Size Large Item#24080**** $55.97.
It did not fit, so I returned it on about October 23rd or 24th and have not received a refund. Please contact me 903 654 ****

Shipped bathing suit without authorization
I looked at a bathing suit but didn't order as I found buy one, get one free. After hours spent trying to order these to get the offer, I get a notice that they shipped the suit I looked at to my daughter.
I cant find a way to contact them. Now my daughter will have to go out of her way to mail it back. Not sure what their return policy is.
Now I cant order the two suits I wanted with the offer. I have spent HOURS trying to figure out how they screwed up and how to fix it!
