I ordered 3items on 23 August and still not received. Ive had 4 live chats which have been a waste of time.

No one can give me an actual date of arrival. I require these items for a trip Im taking at end of next week but all I get is were sorry we have prioritised your delivery but nothing has arrived. Arrival date was supposed to be between 2-8 October.

If not received in time Ill be requesting a refund asap. This has been the worst experience Ive had with any online company

I have to send the third dress back it cost me 13.00 to send the first 2dresses. Its really annoying. Its a waste of my time

Extremely dissatisfied as the company cannot be contacted by phone all I am asking is to exchange my purchase to a larger size. It came from New South Wales Australia. I would like to return it to New South Wales Australia and not to the three American addresses they have given me.

I ordered only once..a swimsuit. It didn't fit at all and I realized that Modlily does not carry sizes for petite people like me.

I contacted customer service for a refund 5 times!

I was always promised the refund, expedited.

Week later, after much effort on my part, I receive a partial refund. Minus $20.68 that They refuse to give me because they don't refund shipping and insurance!

Customer service lied to me repeatedly, and in the end...I'm screwed!

I received the items I ordered 4 days before the time stated. I am so happy with the things I've ordered from your company.

Most times, things ordered from overseas are nothing like the pictures portrayed, but your clothes are beautiful and come as I ordered.

Please fix your unsubscribe button. I have tried to unsubscribe 15 times and still get 8 emails and 5-6 text messages a day.

The chat feature doesn't understand and is a robot and not helpful at all.

I purchased 2 bathing suits. One fits perfect but the other needs to be returned, Filling out the form they want to return the same bathing suit.

I would prefer a store credit or a refund. How can this get fixed???
