Resolved: Sent wrong the wrong dress twice. What I paid in shipping I could have bought a new dress
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement. They gave me a store credit not a refund. Before you order, know you will never get a refund.
I ordered their white dress with the macrame back and on front shoulders. Two times I got a dress with macrame just on the back.
The front is completely plain. The first time I thought it was a bad dress. I returned it.
I never received a refund, only a store credit. So I reordered the dress, paid shipping all over again, and got the same dress.

Returning items should be free of charge to customers
The sizing of the swimwear is not correct, the fabric is not as it seems. Communication was very difficult when trying to return. Not happy with Modlily certainly wouldn't deal with them again.

I could not resolve my exchange issue online. I kept getting the run around and no answers.
I purchased 8 swimsuits and needed a different size so I placed an exchange in my Modlily account. Days later I checked the status and it wasnt in there.
All I needed was a tracking number and I couldnt get that. Why cant they have a telephone number to a real person help you?

Poor policies and poor customer service
- - Returns or credits aren't possible and the policy was unclear.
- - The shirt doesn't fit.
- - I'm unsubscribing daily; many emails and canned responses.
Items I ordered cannot be returned or credited. This was not clear when I ordered.
The shirt does not fit and I am stuck. I would have bought other items if given the chance. I have written them daily for a week to unsubscribe me from their mailings. I don't want to have anything more to do with them.
I have also hit unsubscribe on their website daily. Their responses are canned and do not address my concerns raised. I have received 22 emails from them in the last four days since demanding to be taken off their list. This is irritating.
It's like they doubled down on the number sent since I asked to be removed. I have not blocked them thinking they may actually read and then answer my question.
Do not buy from them! Cute items but way too much trouble and non-responsive customer service.
