Modlily - Ticked off
I order 2 tops. from the picture they look like they fit loose but don't. I asked them to send me a return label on thurs. they said they would send one an hour after looking at my reason to send back my tops.
Modlily - HORRIBLE COMPANY
Please do not order from this company. The company is in China and the old saying "slow boat from China" applies here. I ordered something in November around the 16th, 2018 and still don't have it. I was hesitant to order and should have went with my gut. At this point I don't have any faith that it will come. Even if it does come I have a feeling it will be trash!
Modlily - CHEAP product! Takes your money but still no refund!!
Do NOT buy anything from this company. Extremely cheap product. I ordered a blouse that looked beautiful in the photo. When it arrived (took forever) the colors were nothing like the photo and the fabric was like stiff paper. Horrible! I returned it per their instructions (paid for shipping myself, of course!) and am STILL waiting for a refund. Have lost hope that I will ever see it. HORRIBLE customer service; no 800 number...never can talk to anyone in person. They do all their correspondence by email or Facebook! Stinks!
Modlily - No return contact from customer service after 4 requests
I have requested help with a return 4 different times and no one has gotten back to me. It is very hard to navigate a return on their website.
Modlily - I’M GOING TO FILE A CLAIM
I ordered from Modlily on Nov. 29th. I still haven’t received my merchandise and it’s Dec. 16th!!!! I emailed the company & didn’t receive a response.
Modlily - Horrible!!!
Still waiting for a top one month later. And it's for the Christmas holiday. Never order from Modlily!!!!
Modlily - Awful clothes - all returned
Modlily advertisements pop up on my pages, sometimes twenty on a single news page! They pop up on Facebook, Google news and virtually every web site I visit. I did see some tops I liked and finally ordered three. There was no confirmation sent to my email. The clothes took almost three weeks to arrive in a plastic bag from California without any written invoice or return form. They were ugly. Fabric, colors not matching and a sweater labeled as a T-shirt. To return them, I had to send a tracking number indicating I had sent them to an unit/apartment in New Jersey. I did receive the payment return for the clothes to my Paypal account. I am relieved that I did not use a credit card.

- Have no way of contacting anyone for refund
- Fact they are rip off merchants and clearly get away with it
