Was told lies. Been promised a refund days ago and have not received any communication back from them. I have done chat with several people, which not 1 of them know what they are doing.
Been led around since day 1. Delivery was scheduled for June 5th.
When there was no shipping confirmation or email, I then started doing chats with representatives that have absolutely no clue what they are doing. Was promised my refund days ago and still nothing. No email. The emails I have sent about my refund I have received no reply.
I just want my money back and I will never even look at their site again. I'm very disappointed. At this point, I should get my refund and the damn order but...I'm not holding my breath.
I need my Money ASAP. I leave for vaca in 3 days(hence why I needed the order by 6/5, and need that money to buy bathing suit from somewhere else.

I tried Rotita yesterday and same problem. Very frustrated. Would like to place my order by telephone and if not, then I will forget about Modlily and Rotita

No body has committed me from Modlily. I am on my own.
There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE with ModLily. There is no way to reach anyone.
They say they will answer an email in 24 hours and you get no response. I will never order from them again snd I suggest orhers do the same.
I ordered a dress from Modily and didn't like the fit. I wanted a refund.
When I started the process it ended by saying it was sending another dress of the same kind and size. I tried to cancel it right away. I want a money refund. Now it won't let me back in to change it.
I sent repeated emails and only after I used Pissed Customer email, that I got a rebotic reply saying they could do nothing. There is no way to contact a real person.
Customer Service is terrible. You are on your own.

Verified Reviewer |I ordered a dress on 4/29/25. It said delivery date was 5/6/25. Not so.
I clicked on the tracking # and it says I don't have a order. I now find out its coming from Hong Kong.
I probably lost on this one. One of these days I will learn. I have lost with 2 other companies with CHina.
There is no way to call you.
Certainly not to contact you. You already charged my credit card.

Poor quality product and lack of customer service.
I ordered a formal dress. I received the dress.
It was made with poor quality of fabric, did not fit appropriate, and the appearance was deceiving as posted on their website. I requested a return label from their website instructions for returns. I was denied a refund for my payment, but a credit. I would never order from this company again.
If they were a reputable company they would follow their refund policy, and refund a request from a customer.
Plus, you cannot speak to a customer service rep. From my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Verified ReviewerImpossible to get an answer on how and where to return items in an order so that I can be refunded the cost.
I have repeatedly attempted to get in touch with someone who can issue me a return ticket that Modlily says is required in order to return items I do not want. I need an address as to where I return the items, and a confirmation number (or something) confirming the refund I will receive once the items are returned.
I have my order number and the date of my order. My experience with Modlily has been extremely frustrating!

Theyve had my money for an order that Ive yet to receive. Its past the date they said of receiving my order, Modlily isnt responding to ANY of my contact messages and they DO NOT provide a Customer Service phone number.

Last if my order came today. Horrible fit.
Not getting any chat satisfaction. Very upset no phone number. Starting to realize they come from China and none cares if you are unhappy with your purchases. Sure will not order anything from this company again.
Now I am out $102.94. Pretty upset.
