I placed two orders. One is showing pending for over a week now the other is not even showing up. They took the money from my account but show no record of second order!!

They will not assist me in a simple exchange , because of my medical problems I lost 30 lbs they won’t make an exception for me to do an exchange since it’s past the deadline . I bought five bathing suits you think they’d want a good review

After about three weeks of waiting, I received the bathing suit I ordered. Once I put it on, I realized that the elastic was stretched out.

You could see my crotch. The quality is extremely poor. I made an attempt to return it. There's no one to help.

The chat keeps trying to give me a 35-40% credit and I can keep the suit.

Why? It's not wearable.

On January 10th, you charged my credit card for $308.16, and I never received my order for the nine items you were supposed to send me. Please contact me for a refund for all of these items.

Have not received items. Company stopped communicating with me.

I ordered goods on Dec 19th, 2024. It is now Feb 8th, 2025.

Tracking shows no movement at all from the purchase date. They have stopped replying to my emails. I am very disappointed and will not order from them again. I have asked for a refund, and they told me to wait for the items and follow the return policy.

I don't even want their merchandise at this point!

I leave for a trip in 2 weeks and will have to shop somewhere else for the items I was hoping to receive from Modlily. I would just appreciate a refund!

Hello I just received my ordering of eight pairs of bathers however they are too small . How do I return them for a larger size.

It seems very complicated to do returns for a larger size u dont want my money back I would just like a return address to send them back and for them ti send me a larger size.

They said true ti size but they are not. I couldnt even try them on as the size was way too small .

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. So far I have not heard any response to the issue.

I think I had placed the order over 3 weeks ago. I just want to make sure the order did not get loss in the process. You do have very nice things.

Poor Shipping

I placed an order on 2/13/25 & paid the extra fee for expedited shipping & still have not received my order. I live in Massachusetts & my order is still in Jamaica New York & has been there for many days.

I need this order by tomorrow 2/28/25 & have no update on delivery date.

This is very poor customer service & I would never have ordered if I knew that even after paying extra fee for expedited shipping my order would not get here any quicker. I think paying the extra fee is a scam to entice people into thinking you will get your order quicker.
