Verified ReviewerBought a bathing suit, the elastic is all stretched out on one side, you can literally see my crotch.
After about three weeks of waiting, I received the bathing suit I ordered. Once I put it on, I realized that the elastic was stretched out.
You could see my crotch. The quality is extremely poor. I made an attempt to return it. There's no one to help.
The chat keeps trying to give me a 35-40% credit and I can keep the suit.
Why? It's not wearable.

Hello I just received my ordering of eight pairs of bathers however they are too small . How do I return them for a larger size.
It seems very complicated to do returns for a larger size u dont want my money back I would just like a return address to send them back and for them ti send me a larger size.
They said true ti size but they are not. I couldnt even try them on as the size was way too small .

Your site is so unbelievably complicated with how to figure out your various discounts! I think you have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out! I'm trying to figure out your '4th item 50% off...5th item free' offer. This would reduce a $184 order to approximately $133.
No matter what I do, it won't allow me to get the discount. I'm very poor and need the discount! If I don't get it, I won't be able to place the order. It's a shame too because you have very nice products.
Could you please help me? Maybe we could do it over the phone. I'm not very good doing things online.

It was an order for womens clothing. 2 vest, a blouse. and one other top.

They have missed all their posted delivery dates.
