Bought a bathing suit, the elastic is all stretched out on one side, you can literally see my crotch.
After about three weeks of waiting, I received the bathing suit I ordered. Once I put it on, I realized that the elastic was stretched out.
You could see my crotch. The quality is extremely poor. I made an attempt to return it. There's no one to help.
The chat keeps trying to give me a 35-40% credit and I can keep the suit.
Why? It's not wearable.

I ordered my Three tops a month ago I have received one top. I can’t find a way to contact them.
I have received one top out of three which were ordered about one month ago. I dont have any Customer Service address or phone number and I do not know if I will receive my other tops. If I cant receive the rest of my order, I would like a refund.

Hello I just received my ordering of eight pairs of bathers however they are too small . How do I return them for a larger size.
It seems very complicated to do returns for a larger size u dont want my money back I would just like a return address to send them back and for them ti send me a larger size.
They said true ti size but they are not. I couldnt even try them on as the size was way too small .

I am still waiting for my order to be delivered. So far I have not heard any response to the issue.
I think I had placed the order over 3 weeks ago. I just want to make sure the order did not get loss in the process. You do have very nice things.

Your site is so unbelievably complicated with how to figure out your various discounts! I think you have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out! I'm trying to figure out your '4th item 50% off...5th item free' offer. This would reduce a $184 order to approximately $133.
No matter what I do, it won't allow me to get the discount. I'm very poor and need the discount! If I don't get it, I won't be able to place the order. It's a shame too because you have very nice products.
Could you please help me? Maybe we could do it over the phone. I'm not very good doing things online.

Have not received my order. Contact by chat. Explain problem. Told by computer that I should speak with a technician and best way is through a phone call. Give my number and am then told I have to pay
$1.00 to talk with this technical. But supposed to be refundable.
What kind of business does that. My shipment has been sitting at some airport for 8 days now with no further updates.

It was an order for womens clothing. 2 vest, a blouse. and one other top.
If you cant find the pkg, please refund my money in the amount of $149.90 which was debited from my bank on Nov 19,2024. You should have record of that transaction from my Visa card ending in 0434 from Regions bank.

Still have not received my two orders
Communicate and send purchased products faster. Tracking info is lacking detail.
They have missed all their posted delivery dates.
Products now past due. And they keep sending coupons that expire because I am not using them when I have not even received my first order.

Won’t give back my refund
I returned 3 items on Oct 17th. I cannot get Modlily to issue my refund 5 weeks later. When I tried to email them, it came back as undeliverable.
