Verified ReviewerBought a bathing suit, the elastic is all stretched out on one side, you can literally see my crotch.
After about three weeks of waiting, I received the bathing suit I ordered. Once I put it on, I realized that the elastic was stretched out.
You could see my crotch. The quality is extremely poor. I made an attempt to return it. There's no one to help.
The chat keeps trying to give me a 35-40% credit and I can keep the suit.
Why? It's not wearable.

This company is a scam. They took $184 of my money and then cancelled my order because they said I didn't pay.
When I showed proof, they tried to give me a store credit.
I am still trying to get a refund. Don't give them your money!!!

I returned an item for exchange and am unable to contact them. They do not respond to my emails and have never credited me or sent my exchange item.
Very poor customer service! There is no phone number to reach them at.
You can only go through the chat service.
There should always be a phone number to reach any company that we do business with. They accept your payment but you have great difficulty trying to get a refund if you have an exchange for an item!

Order 5 items and returned 4 of the 5. Followed their directions and they received the return via USPS tracking.
The company claims refunds are issued within 3 days of return. It's been 10 days and no communication or refund has been issued to my credit card. They make it very difficult to get ahold of them or anyone to get a status update and where your refund is. Will never buy from this company again and worried at this point that I may never receive my credit.
Very, very poor customer service. Do not buy from them.

Ok I ordered 3 swimsuits that I need for a trip thats coming up. Ive tried tracking the order and it says that it hasnt even been given to UPS or whoever it is the sender I mean the shipper..

I would love to have a tracking number so I can figure out where my package is. My package was ordered on May 23rd; I paid $46 and some odd cents for a swimsuit.
I am leaving on vacation on the 17th and I still have not received it. I don't even have a tracking number.
Please advise. I would appreciate it.

As soon as the items were shipped I contacted them because I do not live in Florida, I only vacation there! I had gotten a swimsuit in July down there but when I ordered my dresses and another swimsuit I put my SC address and they dropped the ball.
When I contacted them they said the items were already shipped and there was nothing they could do!
And they did not offer a refund. So someone in Tavenier FL has my clothes and I have nothing!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Product arrived.
Update: oddly after posting this review, I received my order 2 days later. I still will never order from this company again and don’t recommend anyone else order from them either. I feel lucky to have received my items, to have the items I ordered, they fit true to size (I doubted this after reading reviews after I ordered), and that they appear to be good quality.
However, here it is two weeks later, and I have yet to receive my items. The tracking says 'scanned at warehouse,' and I received an email a couple of days ago telling me to go to the local post office to tell them so they would expedite my delivery. Seriously? That is not at all how the USPS works.
I would love a refund at this point but cannot figure out how to get one. I am so unhappy.

I bought a bathing suit in August and it was too small. I sent it back for exchange for a larger size.
I used your label. I was notified I owed $9.99 but cant pay for it through WorldPay because my Carson file was shut down due to fraud.
Now I cant get anyone to answer me as to how I can pay the $9.99 Guess I just lose the suit and my money. Mary Foster.
