There is no way to contact anyone! No phone number and they ask for $5 to receive an answer by phone!!!!!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Not sure because I have had to contact them well close to hundred times to get my refund.

I ordered 18 swimsuits - 9 different ones in medium and large. I returned 15 swimsuits.

My order came in 3 or 4 shipments, so when I packaged my return, I accidentally left out the first 4 swimsuits that I got in. I contacted Modlily, and they gave me the address and RMA # for me to send the package, and I paid for shipping myself. They processed my first package within 7 business days that had 11 swimsuits in it. They received my 2nd package with the other 4 swimsuits on June 4th, and they are telling me they haven't received them or the warehouse hasn't processed the parcel.

I sent them the proof of delivery from UPS showing they received it on June 4th, and every time they message me back, it's like they don't understand what I am explaining to them. They owe me a $143 refund that they are obviously trying to get out of. Why is there not a phone number to talk to someone? I am so tired of repeating myself with them about receiving all swimsuits and sending pictures and proof!

I have even told them multiple times that I paid for shipping upfront for the 2nd package, and they keep saying they will deduct for shipping once they receive my package and process. Very mad customer!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product replacement. Stuff finally arrived after 90 days.

Be cautious about ordering from Modlily. They do not return calls or emails.

I am so frustrated with this website

I am trying still to return 2 bathing suits that were cheap and do not fit right at all. There is no phone number or address to return my order to.

I have emailed you and told you I do not want an exchange I want my money back. I keep getting the runaround and the only address I have is Hong Kong??? There is no return address on the shipping package either.

Can someone please reply to me? I have already told everyone I know to stay away from your website Very disappointing.

Never ordered it

I began an order and was interrupted and never finished the order. It was for a dress 2407****OR size XL.

Lo and behold it turned up in my mail. I never paid for it. I dont feel right keeping it since I never paid for it. I need to return it to you but at this point I dont know how.

Please send me the information I need to send it back. I did try it on, not intending to keep it, and it was way too large.

Refund/Customer Service

Placed an order on Jan 7. Never received.

Contacted them on Jan 28 to cancel order and get refund. Keeps giving me store credit. Why would I buy more if I never received original order? Wont refund my money.

Again received email saying they gave me store credit plus 35%. Again said NO I want a refund.

This has happened every day for a week. Just give me my money back.

Poor return policy!

In Nov,2025 I ordered/

purchased 3 swim suits that I received Nov 28 at a price of $101.94. I returned one through Happy Returns at my local ulta store I believe the # was HRCT74ZP and never received a refund on my credit card for it.

I was sent another suit 4th, that I didnt order, it was possibly # mm251124****346227.

I then requested a return qr code or label to return the 4th suit sent and none was given me, so I returned the 4th suit via usps to your chicago address and was ntfd that you received it on jan 20 tues at 6:10 am. It cost me $8.85 to return and im asking for the refund due me fir one suit of $37 and the cost to return of $8.85 which comes to about $45 and might be # T251209JL4Q. PLEASE get this resolved and show me you are an upstanding company bc i like your products, but your return policy and business practices are questionable. Please respond and give me my refund of $45.
