DO NOT PLACE AN ORDER. I have been trying to get a hold of customer service for 1 week.
They sent me 2 items that look nothing like the pics. They were made with the cheapest fabrics and stitched poorly. It looks like something that a 10 year old stitched in Home Economics class. I am BEYOND UPSET.
I logged on to "my orders" and I can not find my order there.
So I cannot submit a ticket to request a refund. They DO NOT HAVE A PHONE NUMBER OR EMAIL TO CONTACT THEM. You can only submit a ticket or "chat " using Facebook messenger. The messenger feature is a joke and it 100% automated.
You are essentially "chatting" to a robot. When you ask to speak to a representative, you are redirected to the website where you are asked to submit a ticket.
