I had Ordered and received 2 blouses for my wife. I was surprised to feel how thin and flimsy the clothing were.
I then went through the on line process of requesting a return. The initial online process was surprising straight forward and easy. The responses were upbeat and positive. Then as each next step to do, the way to respond got more obscure, especially with clicking a submit button.
I was never really sure if my request got through. I requested a full refund. I did get a response for 50% return of money. I said no; then a response of 80% return with no need for return of item.
I took that, but never received a confirmation. When I tried to contact them again, it was not possible. No phone, no chat, no email. My account says the return is still being reviewed.
It's been over 2 months. This is not a business I want to deal with.
