I ordered 5 items with total price of $143.04 on February 26,2016 paid for the expedited shipping and here it is March 9,2016 still haven't received my Items. Have submitted several Customer service tickets And haven't gotten any response regarding why my status still says Paid, confirmed, Unshipped or The tracking Information for my items. I will not ever purchase anything from them had to call my bank and get them to dispute the transaction just to get my money back.

This reviewer shared experience about order processing issue and wants this business to issue a full refund as the author lost $143.
