I haven't written three e-mails and called several times (no one is ever there and does not return calls.Returned items on April 6th, never received confirmation of the return or a refund.
The e-mails are detailed with the order number and return number. The products were returned to a United States mailing address in Maryland. I received one response to an e-mail in which I was given an Incident number: T423346. This e-mail stated that I would receive a response in one day.
I have never received a response. I phoned the number: 213-985-1052 which I got from the Mod lily information on the computer. I have phoned at least sis or seven times, no one ever answers. Each time I left a message leaving my cell phone number and have never received a reply.
I think this matter should be cleared as soon as possible.
I would appreciate a response and a refund.Am angry and frustrated.
