Basically the business model for Modlily and similar sites is to copy pictures from designer websites. Say that the prices were average to start with but then that they are on sale for a huge discount.
Have people who don't really know how to sew good quality clothing attempt to "copy" the outfit in the picture using cheap VERY poor quality fabric that would never be used in good quality clothing. Estimate on sizes. Take forever to send the clothing (coming from China it takes a long time anyway). Say that they have reasonable return policies up front, and then afterward the return policies make sure you can't actually get your money back.
Use people who speak the best English in their employ to do customer service, but even they aren't near fluent, more like good beginners knowledge of conversational English.
It doesn't matter how good their level of English is because they are just going to be giving them the runaround anyway. It's using the copied pictures and low prices as bait doing a bait and switch scam business in the internet age.
