I ordered 2 cute swimsuits from Modlily on March 15. They processed my payment right away.
On March 31 I received an email stating they are refunding me for my order with no explanation. The good news is my credit card reflects the credit. I've been trying to contact them to find out why they canceled my order. I can't get a hold of them.
I tried their live chat and it doesn't work. I tried to send a message but it won't send because it says my order number doesn't exist.
I replied to their cancellation email however I have not heard back yet. I'm puzzled, but happy they refunded my money.
