Stupidly, I thought these would be Thanksgiving outfits ... then Christmas ... THEN VALENTINE'S. They have NO customer service - NO chat - NO e-mails ...
their own ***, archaic, ticket system. And the most backwards shipping-tracking process. RIDICULOUS. The only info I get through their tracking or USPS is that my package "was preparing" to ship on DECEMBER 5.
I have over 20 messages back and forth through their ticket system telling me, "BE PATIENT" ... I added a screen shot of SOME of their responses. No firm information - vague excuses or out right lies.
SAVE YOUR TIME - MONEY - AND FRUSTRATION LEVEL!!! I WILL NEVER AGAIN ORDER FROM THEM.
Reason of review: Multiple - poor customer service, terrible shipping/tracking, 3 months = NO ORDER RECD..
Monetary Loss: $85.
