Size charts are way off. Need to order 2 or 3 sizes larger than what you wear.
Found this out the hard way, then to return item, found that you have to take pictures and send them in to get okay to return, then postage was more than the merchandize!!! There is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You can never speak to anyone. They post replies, but mostly you don't even know they sent anything.
Pay Pal has something that will let you get your postage back, 12 times per year if things aren't as advertised, but the whole process takes a lot of time and weeks to get refunds for merchandise and postage.
If you ever figure out your size without losing a fortune, then you might be lucky enough to get something that you like and that fits. There are better ways to save money.
