I ordered and paid for an item that was supposed to ship within 2days of the order. 30 days later, I still don't have the item.

The status of the order states "urged shipping". I felt my complaints with Modlily were not being resolved, so I've filed a dispute with my paypal account trying to get a refund. I purchased an item and it was supposed to ship within 2 days of order. 30 days later I still don't have the item.

Modlily's response is "Urged shipping".

Then Modlily sent me a computer generated response "We understand your frustration and have urged shipping".

I would not recommend this company to anyone!!!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
