Just received 2 dresses from Modlily! One has a huge hole under the arm and down the side!
No phone number to reach them! Customer service is horrible! I have ordered many garments before, this shipment of dresses is surely a disappointment. Hopefully they will credit my account.
I have included a picture of Dress in this post! Really disheartening ! Modlily.com help make this right. Can someone tell me how or what to do about this?
I think they should have a phone number or better customer service. I see many dissapointed customers.
