Back before Mother's Day I looked at their site and saw some nice items that were reasonably priced. It was May 3rd.
I sent in an order and have been waiting ever since. Their customer service is about as helpful as **** on a boar. The robot is really demented and unhelpful. They sent the items, I think, DHL which has never traveled a road out here in West Texas.
They said I had a tracking and order number and then said I didn't. They posted it and then said it was invalid and then that the items were in transit. DHL was also a total one stat operation. They would call me back.
Right!. They never did . Their call back guy took a late lunch.
Modlily is a Chinese company whose address is off in Ding Dong Province or some such. Do not buy anything from these people.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.
Monetary Loss: $90.
