The return process is a total joke! No direct email or phone number on the website; the "live chat" option is never online, even during stated business hours.
I can't create a return ticket because I forgot my password and their option for sending a new password to my email doesn't work. Their system is set up so that your email IS your user name, however when I input my email to reset the password, it is saying my email and user name need to match. HUH?!?! I don't have a user name!
I am attempting to dispute the charge with my credit card company, as Modlily is a complete scam. Basically I'll be stuck with $150 of clothing and no way to return them, which is absurd.
