I purchased items, they arrived and were not as described. I returned, with PROOF of delivery and NEVER received my refund.

I received a return number, and sent it priority mail. Priority Mail automatically comes with a tracking number.

I followed the tracking number and asked for a refund

they emailed me and said the refund would happen in the next 1-2 days, and be posted on my account in 10-20 days

That was August 23

It never happened,

i emailed them again, and they said it was approved and they emailed me and said the refund would happen in the next 1-2 days, and be posted on my account in 10-20 days

The refund was never received.

I have emailed them one more time, and I also emailed the Better Business Bureau

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Fact they are rip off merchants and clearly get away with it, Have no way of contacting anyone for refund, This website is a scam.

Fast forward to December of 2018. Still no refund. FRAUD.
