I ordered something October 4, 2017 and still haven't received it. When I called, I was told it's coming from China (by slow boat I guess).

I told them to cancel it because I don't need it now (November 21, 2017) and they told me you can't cancel the order. Ridiculous. I don't know how you can get your money back from a company like this. So what do you do?

Just lose your money? I told the lady on the phone that I would never order from them again. She laughed and hung up. Great customer service.

Lesson learned.....buy American! Why does this site make you write 100 words?

I didn't like: Taking months to deliver an order, Can not cancel an order.
