Very disappointed with quality of 5 out 7 items. Size charts are not accurate for all items.

Returning is so cumbersome, if you really can return?? I ended up donating all items to charity and didn't dare give any items as gifts as I intended. The return process is a back and forth through email and they will not give an address to return items until you take photos they approve and are of the right size for upload. This site has turned me off of ordering online.

The Live Chat is not live chat, just another way to email your customer services needs. No Stars from me.

I ordered something from them after Thanksgiving. I STILL haven't received it.
