i ORDERED 3 BEAUTIFUL TOPS TOTALING $85.67. THEY WERE TOO TIGHT.

I TRIED THEM ON BRIEFLY AND MADE THAT DETERMINATION. I RETURNED THEM FOR A REFUND. AFTER GOING THRU HOOPS AND LOOPS , I GOT AN E-MAIL SAYING THEY WOULD ONLY REFUND ME $27.87 BECAUSE THEY SAID I "USED' THE OTHER TWO TOPS. SO THEY HOLD ALL THE OPTIONS TO DO WHAT THEY WANT...

ALL THE REASONS THEY CAN GIVE CUSTOMER TO JUSTIFY KEEPING YOUR MONEY. I HAVE NEVER ORDERED ITEMS, USED THEM AND RETURNED THEM. I HAVE NO WAY TO REACH THEM....THEY DO NOT POST THEIR PHONE NUMBER. I AM PISSED THAT I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THEIR DISHONESTY TO MAKE A FEW BUCKS AND RE-SELL THOSE SAME TOPS.

BEEN ORDERING ONLINE FOR YEARS.

HAVE NEVER DEALT WITH THIS KIND OF SITUATION.THOSE ITEMS WERE RETURNED IN MINT CONDITION UNUSED (NOT WORN) AND PACKAGED CAREFULLY. LITTLE DID I KNOW THEY WOULD STEAL MY MONEY.

Update: The next day of my posting, I received a message from Modlily that supervisor approved a full refund.
