I ordered three tops from Modlily on November 30 2016. My mid December I had not received my order and contacted them through e-mail because their phone is not accessible from U.S.
The return E-mail said it takes a couple of weeks to process order and to leave China customs. After many weeks of tracking order when it finally reached U.S and after communicating with company, it was determined my order was lost and the company offered to re-issue order or refund money. I requested a re-fund and three weeks later finally got a reply that said they would issue me a 60% in store credit.
That is not acceptable to me. It appears I have been cheated out of my money.
