Despite their VERY slow shipping process, I ordered a jacket for my daughter and a shirt. I checked measurements and sizes on the Size Chart provided.
I was confident that I had ordered the correct size. When we got our order (a month and a half later) BOTH item were WAY too small and the shirt didn't even look like it was shown on the picture. When I emailed costumer service, they told me (in very broken English) that all sizes are in Asian sizes and that they run 2 sizes smaller. This was NOT advertised on their sizing chart!
When I asked for an exchange or a full refund. They told me that they would accept a return if I pay for the refund back to China IN FULL and I would only receive 20% of my money back. WHAT?!?!?!
Very very very very poor costumer service and poor business. I will NEVER NEVER NVER ship Modliy again and you shouldn't either.
