Fake tracking numbers, customer service lies and then ultimately ignores you, no refund ever provided. I have contacted the company several times using their "ticket" method.
At first they offered to resend the item: this did not happen. I have repeatedly requested a refund but this request is ignored. Interestingly, the company no longer sends me marketing emails. It seems as if customers who complain are simply ignored and removed from their marketing lists.
I have never had a bad experience like this one with any other company in China.
Modlily, however, is clearly not interested in ensuring customer satisfaction or loyalty. Please consider saving your money and not wasting time, money, and effort with this unethical company.
