I ordered a swimsuit and should have known from the start that it would be junk.The price was so tempting, though!
After receiving it, and finding it came not even close to fitting, I have tried to return it, but no one will answer my request for returning. Given a "ticket number" with which to wait until I receive word from the company is not what I thought it would be. The "live chat" is a total lie, also. No one will "live chat" with you.
This is why I will stick to American made clothing from now on.
Wonder if I will ever get a refund??Probably not, because so far I am out in no man's land and have been kept in limbo.
