I ordered a swimsuit and should have known from the start that it would be junk. The price was so tempting, though!
After receiving it, and finding it came not even close to fitting, I have tried to return it, but no one will answer my request for returning. Given a "ticket number" with which to wait until I receive word from the company is not what I thought it would be. The "live chat" is a total lie, also. No one will "live chat" with you.
This is why I will stick to American made clothing from now on.
Wonder if I will ever get a refund?? Probably not, because so far I am out in no man's land and have been kept in limbo.
