I emailed Modlily's customer service because I ordered a shirt for my wife. It was the very first Christmas present I ordered way back on December 10th.
It did not come until after Christmas, which is an outrageous amount of time. If it was coming from overseas, still it should never take this amount of time or they should have communicated to me there was a delay. When we finally received it, it was too SMALL! We checked the sizing chart and it is incorrect.
We want to return the item and we want our money back, but we still haven't gotten any feedback. Also, the website's English is confusing and at times just plain incorrect.
