My order for a top from Modlily (on line) was placed five weeks ago.I have yet to receive the product.

When I reached out to the company, it told me to be patient. You think they would have contacted me (instead of the reverse) to let me know of a delay OVERSEAS. Come on. Also, when I placed my order, I clicked on the 20 percent discount, but that amount was not reflected in my payment amount.

It was impossible to get the discount. There is not customer service; one has to submit a 'ticket' and wait for resolution.

Never again, and never will I recommend anyone to Modlily.What a disappointment.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $28.
