I ordered a dress from Modlily in plenty of time for a wedding that just took place this past weekend. It was supposed to arrive within 7 days ( I ordered it Aug.

3) and to date I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED the dress that I paid for. No one will contact me from Modlily. Now I want my money BACK!!!!! This is poor business for ANY establishment, to say the least.

I had to search at the last minute for a replacement dress simply because Modlily lied and took my money.

They have really cute dresses for all occasions, that how they lure you in because of the inexpensive prices. But the customer service sucks!

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.

I didn't like: Fraudulent, False advertising, No customer service to contact, Bad cs.
