Order didn’t arrive in time
I ordered some swim suits in plenty of time for my vacation. They sat in your New York facility for almost 3 weeks.
The package was brought to USPS today. I needed them today and they will not be here until March 3.

I ordered a black mid length dress and a top dot I am a size 10 so I ordered a medium in both.both were very small. I believe the dress is an extra small, but it is definitely not true to size.
I need to return this and get a larger size.

Returns!! What a joke! Didn’t even try my item on because I didn’t like the color and sent it back. They tell me it has a smell! Their company stinks that’s what!!
DI returned an item and they tell me they do not accept my return because there is a smell on it. What a ridiculous thing to say since I didnt even try it on or remove tags.
I just didnt like the color basically went back in the bag.
Now they wont let me return it. AND they have my item

When I ordered from Modlily I noticed that they had an old address in their system. I edited it to my current address.
When I saw the tracking, it had reverted back to the old address.
After numerous correspondences , they inform me that there is nothing they can do. Return offered for a product Ill never get.

Your site is so unbelievably complicated with how to figure out your various discounts! I think you have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out! I'm trying to figure out your '4th item 50% off...5th item free' offer. This would reduce a $184 order to approximately $133.
No matter what I do, it won't allow me to get the discount. I'm very poor and need the discount! If I don't get it, I won't be able to place the order. It's a shame too because you have very nice products.
Could you please help me? Maybe we could do it over the phone. I'm not very good doing things online.

Today, I placed an order and was checking out after I put in my card information. When I submitted it, everything was reset as though I was starting over.
So, I re-entered everything again and once again, when I submitted it, everything was gone. I have not received any information from Modlily regarding my order.
This is the first time this has happened to me with Modlily.

Verified Buyer |Have not received my order. Contact by chat. Explain problem. Told by computer that I should speak with a technician and best way is through a phone call. Give my number and am then told I have to pay
$1.00 to talk with this technical. But supposed to be refundable.
What kind of business does that. My shipment has been sitting at some airport for 8 days now with no further updates.

I’m having a hard time logging in to my account. For a return.
I logged in with my phone number and it shows absolutely nothing in my cart or shipped to my home. I have waited close to a month and a half to get this package and really have no use for the product now. I wish to return it.
Charges unauthorized
U authorized charges and also want to charge 5.00 to speak with a live agent. Not happy...scam scam scam scam
