On April 20, 2026, I ordered from Modlily, my favorite bathing suit online company. My credit card was charged $34.87 for 3 bathing suits that were advertised as a HUGE SALE on Facebook.
I never got the suits. 1 was a peach top with a skort bottom.
The 2nd was a navy blue suit and 3rd a light purple top with matching print bottom. WHERE ARE MY SUITS?

I orderedb3 swimsuits and 2 pair of shorts for May 16, on April 14th. I have not received the product they already took the money out of my account the tracking is not updating, so many questions!!
I have emailed customer service finally got an email back saying that it will be here between the 28th and 30th of this month. Remind you I ordered it April 12th for vacation that I'll be going on on May 16th.
But as long as I get it I will be fine well, ish with it. But I definitely don't see myself ordering from them again.
I ordered the product on April 14th. Tracking is offline; nothing is right about this company.
Flat-out scam!
And don't bother trying to get a hold of anybody; you will not be able to do that, at least on the phone. I wonder why that is.

Horrible customer Service! Was unable to return a suit and get a refund!
Allow returns when your item does not arrive for 7 weeks after it was paid for!
They wanted to charge a fee before you could return and receive a refund! They could just deduct from refund!
No way were they getting more of my $! The product is cheap and sizing is off!

- - Capital One handles it; it's troublesome.

Trying to return it. There is no phone number to call, and no address to return it. I can't get the return label. I'm having Capital One deal with it.
It's too much trouble. I gave you my credit card, my email, my phone number, and my address.
And you can't help me. What's wrong with you people?

I followed all procedures. I have a receipt where it was returned, and you are still charging me. What is going on? I can't even see the order number anymore.
I am not paying for something I have returned. I have no way to contact you.

Non delivery
I have emailed my complaint more than once. No response!
Order placed on 6/2826. Was charged immediately and was sent a confirmation. After doing some checking on my own. It was delivered to the wrong ZIP CODE!!!
I want my money back! NOW!

I ordered on June 28,2026. Got a confirmation on same day and was charged same day!
Its now August 7 and have not received it! I now find out it was delivered to wrong zip code! Wow!
Such incompetent work! Will not order again and asking for my money back!

Been three months haven't received my order

Terrible experience
- - Ordered item twice and returned one with a QR code.
- - They say they haven't received the item from Staples.
- - No refund has been issued yet.
I returned an item I accidentally ordered twice. I received a QR code for the return.
(March). Their recent correspondence says they havent received the item from Staples.
I call bs. Needless to say no refund yet
