I ordered 3 bathing suits on June 3. I HAVE NOT received it.

I tried tracking but it says the shipper says they havent gotten the pay. My trip is coming up and I need those suits . Dont tell me to go to Just ask.

Im not paying for my answer. Its your responsibility to find my suits.

Tried to reach customer service, and they told me to fill out return from. However, they do not provide a return form, nor do they give an address to return to, and you don't get to talk to a real person, so you're not able to make returns. Do not order from these people.

I have been unable to contact anybody. I have been trying to get a refund instead of store credit. This apparently is discouraged, and the money owed keeps decreasing with any communication.

I returned a dress and want a refund to my credit card NOT a store credit. The dress was very cheaply made. Why would I want a store credit?

Nothing has happened. I want a refund, not a credit to buy some other junk outfit!

I will never recommend this site to anyone. No way.

Expedited Shipping

I placed an order and used expedited shipping. When I placed the order, the app said the items would be here between 1 and 7 August.

However, the tracking now states it will be delivered on 9 August. The reason I wanted expedited shipping is because I am leaving for vacation on 9 August.

I needed the items prior to leaving, which is why I expedited. I do not believe I should have to pay the $20 for expedited shipping when it is not coming during the promised time frame.

I ordered 2 bathing suits on June 9th; both were supposedly in stock at time of ordering. I received one within a week; however, Modlily never shipped the second one.

It was supposed to ship July 1st but did not. No explanation other than an attempted excuse that the suit was hot selling. Im late July, I opened a claim via PayPal requesting a refund in full for the second suit. Modlily only offered a partial refund.

So I am still out of pocket a third the cost of an item that they never shipped. That is theft!

This company is utter crap. They need to be shut down and prosecuted.

Refund promlems

I paid $51.00 for a bathing suit. They only refunded me $37.98, but it was a store credit.

I told them I wanted the refund to go to my credit card. They finally refunded me, but only refunded me $27.98.

What kind of a refund is that? I will never order from them again and I would like the additional $10.00 refunded to me.

I placed an order for 2 blouses on 7/27/24 and received a payment confirmation, but never received the order. The order number is MM240727****216029; the order date is 7/27/24.

I have been waiting for these 2 blouses. I really like your clothes on Facebook, but with this kind of service, I can't take a chance of ever ordering again unless this is taken care of immediately.

I will never use Modlily again

It was easy to order from Modlily and I thought Id try them out since the prices are so good. But several of the pieces didnt fit so I decided to return them.

The return process was awful! Very hard to get anyone to respond and they werent sending me a return label. You cant return anything without it. I was relieved when that was accomplished and assumed I would then receive a refund since I was within the tine allowed.

I never even received a confirmation that the items came back to them. No communication whatsoever. And I cant get in touch with them. Its very weird.

Im too busy to figure it all out, its too complicated.

Im just out the money and very annoyed!! Absolutely will never order from them again!!!

I'm not going to try your chats because I've been trying to get an order that you all mixed up for two nights now, and they say they can't fix the mistake and send me the dress I ordered because I accidentally threw the package wrap with the numbers on it. They can look it up, find the dress on the computer because they went under my account and found it, but they just have to have the package numbers and a picture of the wrong dress they sent me, which was way too big on me.

So, I want to talk to a live associate on the phone and maybe they can get this straightened out. I'm a loyal customer, but if you can't help me, I will not be ordering from you again after I receive all my packages I've already ordered.
