Trying to process a return
I placed and ordered but wish to return my items as the bottom and tops of the tankinis dont match. I need to get a return label but the automated system I was in doesnt seem to get to a point where it will generate it.
Very disappointed especially as its a Canadian company

HORRIBLE!
Can't track order, invalid tracking number, no phone number and should have arrived days ago! So frustrated. They have to get all of your information just to try and chat online with someone.

I returned my items, and they were received by you. I did not want store credit; I wanted my CC refunded.
I put in several tickets, chatted with customer service, and kept being told I would be getting it.
I am still waiting for it since 10/14/2025. Worst company I ever dealt with!

Requested United States Postal Service receipt showing tracking # of returned items
This is my 5th contact to Modlily about the package I returned to you early December at a cost to me of $68. which you say you haven't received.
I have chatted with Alusha 3 times, to Sushi and to Theo and hopefully because I/m 95 not sure my attempt at sending a copy of my receipt which they requested will work.
On Nov. 8 I ordered and paid $79. for 2 tops #M251023****185934 which were too large so returned them in your original package to exchange for 2 different tops in M which I later discovered in my chats were no longer available so I requested a refund.
I;ve heard nothing so seem to be out $147.82 with nothing! Hope my attempt at sending a copy of the USPS receipt will work.

Doesn’t sell petite large, so my wife can’t buy anything that will fit. Got credit instead of refund. Just lost over $100 since I never received refund and nothing is sold that fits her.
We really like your choice of clothing, but my wife wears a petite large size. Is there any way that you can sell your clothing in the petite large size?

When placing an order make sure you get confirmation.I ended up with 3 alike sweaters and 3 sweatshirts.I am now waiting for my refund as I returned 2 of each.

Horrible! Delayed delivery, can't locate order number, can't get any help.
Fill out proper forms, then it states 'can't process information' very frustrating!
If I had known it was from China, I never would have purchased. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER.

Trying to return an item and not having any luck.
I ordered a dress from Modlily. When it arrived I noticed the tag said 100 Cotton.
The online description said it was 100% polyester. Then I found a small hole in the fabric. I decided I just wanted to return the dress for full credit. Tried filling out forms online and next thing I know it says I can keep the dress and get a partial refund.
Not interested, but I got stuck at this point and couldn't change anything. Now my order says I can't get a refund because it's past 30 days. It is not. I didn't receive the dress until July 21, 2025.
Now what?
I don't want the dress and I want the full refund, minus shipping. This has not been a good experience overall.

Couldn't contact the company. Got my money back thru my credit card. Contact your credit card company.
I was on the Modlilly website and ordered several blouses to be delivered on August 28th, 2025. I have never received any shipments. I checked with my credit card company and I was charged $37.12 for the order. On my credit card statement, it shows up as Voutfit Fanniey 912-947**** NY, reference number 249064****623694****252. I have tried to find any reference to this company, but can't find anything. Any help from you would be appreciated.
