On April 3 I ordered a shirt from Modlily and cancelled it immediately because I was worried about the size. I waited for the promised refund, but it never came.

I contacted them numerous times and always got the same answer-- check with your bank. Well, my bank statements show that there was never a refund. If you have a problem, you open a "ticket" and now even my ticket has disappeared from their site so that I cannot contact them about it anymore. I am posting a picture of what they claim is proof that a refund was sent.

I can't open any of the "details" as it is just a picture like the one I am including.

I did not even use Paypal, so I don't know why it appears on the "receipt." This company is located in China, so there is very little I can do about it except to warn others. Do not order from them!

Preferred solution: Full refund.
