I ordered a suit e 3/22/16. It didn't arrive till exactly 4/22/16 conveniently 30 days after the order which I'm assuming means my warranty period is up.
Why do I assume that, because when I opened the package and first noted the poor quality then the horrible fit, I immediately submitted a ticket to request a refund. Their response? That their sizes are in Asian sizes and that I needed to order two sizes up. I ordered one size up based on reviews and their 'size chart'.
I am beyond pissed. It's not so much the $20+ that I'm out, it's the HORRIBLE service!!
Oh and I left a review on the suit for other customers to see and low and behold it disappeared!!!! UGH!!!
