I ordered a dress from Modlily and received it after over a month. The phone number provided for customer service does not answer.
There is no live chat as claimed on the website. I received a bad quality dress that looks nothing like the pictures advertised. Called the customer service for three consecutive days and got no answer. Left a message to call me so that I can return the lousy product and never heard from them.
Do not buy anything from this website unless you want to throw your money away. I am stuck with this dress for which I paid $27.00 and have no way of returning it.
