These overseas companies are all the same. I had the same experience with Rotita International.
They send inferior merchandise and then offer you a partial refund and want you to accept the junk so they are still making money. If you ever get customer service to issue you a ticket, the fees to return to China are not worth the effort. PayPal is useless for resolution but I did get a full refund from my credit card company and donated the merchandise.
Make sure you read the policy on returns before buying from online companies. Research reviews and out of country companies that require contacting them to get a “ticket” to return merchandise.
