Thought the Modlily garments shown on FB were cute, so I ordered a couple of items. I waited several weeks for my order, and when it arrived the quality was horrible.
Ordered two items; two items (*** quality) arrived - one wasn't even close to being what I ordered. Returned the items, but it turns out they charged me twice. Can't get them to refund the first payment (they did refund the second), even though my PayPal account clearly shows I was billed twice. They say I wasn't charged.
Yeah, right. I guess I'm out $100 with no recourse. PayPal will do nothing to help.
So disgusted. NEVER order from Modlily!
