No way to get answers on a refund.

Ordered a dress that runs small and poor quality and now i can't get the site to work for the return/refund. I'd now just like to know how I can cancel my account with this site.

I purchased a blouse from Modlily on my phone while I was away from home. The info on the phone was minimal. I had no way to check it on a computer at the time. I came to find out later that my purchase was coming from China. I have bought things from China in the past and that has not been problematic. It took a month (to the day) to receive my garment. The garment itself appears decently made. It does not have any tags to indicate size or laundering instructions. I am pissed at myself for not being a more savvy consumer. I will not buy from Modlily again.

Run small, took 3 weeks to get

Ordered online & took over 3 weeks to get. Did not ship until I complained to paypal & then got tracking info. Shipped from Shanghai China. The top quality was ok for alleged 70% off price. But, it was way too small. No clue how it will wash. Too expensive to pay return to China for $30 top. Donate to charity. Sleeves way tight & narrow??? Never had that before??? Same company as Liligirl. Pay more & but US companies. Should have read reviews on company before purchased.

Cheap and Tacky Trash

I received my shipment today (finally after 5 weeks) and I would not be caught dead wearing these shapeless, flimsy, poorly manufactured rags. They are, without a doubt, the absolute WORST garments I've ever seen in my many years of retail experience. Absolutely pathetic. Crooked hems and seams, uneven sleeves, loose pockets, stray threads, broken and missing stitches, cheap fabric so thin you can see through it. I bought 5 items, and I'd be embarrassed to be seen in any one of them. The shipping back to China nearly equals my investment and I seriously doubt they will issue a refund, so am just going to save myself the trouble. This crap isn't even good enough to donate to charity. Based on my experience, any positive reviews of this company could not have been generated by actual customers.

Ticked off.

How many times do I need to write a note. I had ordered 2 Blouses in Nov 2017.

Have not received them and they are paid for too. Just cancel the order and refund the money to my credit card. Also they have me down for two orders and I only wanted the Red one and a Black one. Order # M17121**** and the other one is M171215**** for .

So just cancel the order.

I ordered a black and blue plaid tunic-type top in early January, and it was delivered today. After reading the reviews, I was surprised that it actually fit, although the sleeves are a bit short. The fabric sucks, though!!! Itโ€™s a rayon kind of fabric-really cheap and doesnโ€™t breathe. I hate the feel of it! I ordered a Large, I am a Medium, and it does fit quite well. No laundry instructions, and I suppose Iโ€™ll have to iron it. I fidnโ€™t Notice any loose threads or missing buttons. Oh well.....I wonโ€™t order from them again. I like cotton!!

Update: I washed the think, and it didnโ€™t fall apart. Hung it to dry, and didnโ€™t need to iron it.

It still is the crappiest fabric and feels very uncomfortable! Some kind of rayon/polyester or something. Itโ€™s awful!!

Also thereโ€™s a little white squiggle that looks like a thread-right smack in the middle of a black square, and right smack in the front! I tried to pick it off, but itโ€™s a fabric defect.

Lousy, small merchandise. Returns are a bargaining game.

Bought the product, larger than usual, due to reading reviews. It barely buttoned, and the material felt like a paper bag. They proceeded with the โ€œif you donโ€™t want to ship back gameโ€, we Iโ€™ll give you some of your $, and you keep the junk. I am very tired of being tricked into buying Chinese, mailed from China, products. They know that the return shipping will be so expensive, that consumers, will say โ€œwhateverโ€, and never buy their products again! What more do you want from me. If I get any money back, it will be a miracle back. And whoever I am writing to right now is making me as mad as Modlily!

Terrible customer service - can't return items

I have been trying to return items. I can't get a hold of anyone and they continue to send me emails... but don't recognize my email address and pswd so I can't communicate with them. I will never order from them again... and the quality of items is cheap. Do yourself a favor and don't buy from them. Worst clothes and service ever.. stick with the well known companies and brands... you will thank yourself for it. Would be nice if someone would just try and contact me.. but I am not holding out for that. Let them know that this type of service in 2018 is not going to hold up much longer...

The same for me ..I ordered a swimsuit and it could have fit a child even after I ordered a larger sz...customer service was horrible I lost my money and still don't have a swimsuit...don't buy from here!

DO NOT SHOP FROM MODLILLY

Their clothing is inexpensive, but it all runs very small and is thin material. They try to negotiate with you when you decide to return the goods.

Their return process involves multiple roadblocks and after three months, I still don't have my refund. Their website is never working so you can't submit an inquiry on the status of your refund unless you are lucky enough to not get kicked out of their system and there is no contact information to reach out to them and speak with someone.

This is the worst on-line retailer I have ever dealt with and I do a lot of on-line shipping, They should be shut down. Do not waste your time and money.

Roll tab sleeve lace panel asymmetric hem blouse's color bad

Color wine red is bright red, not at all like the picture The blouse's color looked brownish-red on the picture (advertised as wine red) which looks very nice, but in reality the color has no brown tones whatsoever. The red would be nice if more muted but is rather a BRIGHT RED. The other color options were too bright-looking on the featured pictures. I wonder what THEY look like in real life! You can't wear such awful colors here, they look cheap. Not sure what colors they wear in China We're not living in China. This is the US. The quality seems real good, the style is nice. But people, please, change your colors to more muted, beautiful colors that don't look tacky but tasteful! If I can actually add the picture of my blouse at a later time I will do so..It is too late now.

These clothes must be for Barbie dolls!!! I ordered the largest size they had and it's seriously like a small to medium size. It probably won't even fit my grand daughter. I have been on their site for a couple of hours trying to follow every direction they give for returning a garment. I just go around in circles with no results at all. Every time I click on "submit" or "live chat", it takes me back to the login page. I log in again, go through the recommended steps but never get anywhere! Modlilly clearly does not want to have to refund any money for the garments that can't possible fit you! I normally wear XL to 1X, so I ordered 3X and there is no way it will fit. Now I guess I'm stuck with two garments I can't wear. I have looked all over their website for a phone number or return shipping address because I can't get the sight to work and give me the address as instructed in the return steps. Ugggggggghhhhh.. I will NEVER order from Modlilly again!

Furious with Modlily

I want to return a blouse. Their website is purposely obscure and their return policy fraught with layers.

I cannot find their US mailing address to return my item. The more time I spend resolving this, the more furious I get. My next stop is Better Business Bureau. Why should a consumer not be able to return an item easily?

Why should a consumer not be able to get her money returned promptly? Why should an address in the US not be available when it appears to have been shipped to you from somewhere in the US?

I hate Modlily more by the minute. Be prepared to dislike the item you order and to have trouble returning it.

Go online and file a complaint with econsumer.gov. That is the only way to combat these chinese companies that are doing this to US consumers!I did!
